"First Voice has made the implementation of our AED program very easy. Our initial project was only going to be 26 AEDs. I thought this could be pretty manageable through Outlook reminders and a spreadsheet. When our program grew over the summer months from 26 to 69 AEDs, I started to panic on how to manage the AEDs and what the cost would be for the management software. First Voice is affordable, especially for the education community since funds are so tight. More importantly First Voice has great customer service.
